Direct Transport was recommended to us by our vendors estate agent and we were so impressed. It was a long move from Cambridge to Penzance and throughout Ben and Tom were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they worked so hard to get us packed up in time. All the furniture was really well protected and packed with care. On arrival at our new home they made sure everything was in the right room and furniture put back together. Throughout Ben and Tom were so professional, pleasant, helpful and sensitive to our needs. We thank them and cannot recommend them highly enough.

All I can say is WOW! The service exceeded all expectations. From the moment my mum and dad met Ben, they knew they were in safe hands. Moving is stressful for anyone, but my parents hadn’t moved house in 48 years, making the whole process extremely challenging—except for the packing and removals. At the last minute, we needed to put their belongings in storage because they had completed the sale of their property but not the purchase. This was no problem for Ben and the team. We also weren’t sure of the exact completion date and only found out the day before, which still wasn’t definite. Despite this, Ben and the team were incredibly accommodating. Everything was packed and labelled so well—there was not a single breakage. I cannot recommend them enough. EXCELLENT SERVICE and LOVELY PEOPLE. Thank you!

We can’t thank them enough for their professional approach, care and service moving our valuables and belongings. Attention to detail in packing meant at the other end when we unpacked it was a straightforward process in what are stressful times when moving into a new property. This is my 11th move in my lifetime and I must say, this has been by far the best experience we have ever had. From start to finish, everything was perfect. I knew in the first minute when I met Ben that we had the right team to do our move. Being a family business, you know you are in good hands and you get that personal touch. Pippa was amazing and kept me up to date, and the guys were brilliant on the day, local celebrities I must say, as the neighbors and people around were saying hi. Thank you for taking away our move stress :), you guys were truly amazing!

A wonderful service nothing was any trouble for the team, Pippa in the office keeps you well updated with everything that’s going on, we had a lot to move and it was all worked out what would be packed before move day making the move as stress free as possible! I like the fact that they reuse packing boxes and packing paper, which is a most in this day and age. I would most certainly recommend Direct Transport.

What can we say that hasn’t already been said about the excellent Direct Transport. Moving from one end of the country to the other was a very stressful prospect, but Ben and the team were in their element. Nothing was too much trouble or too difficult for them to achieve for us. Having Pippa talking to us reassuringly from base was an absolute godsend. Thank you all so much for all the care and attention you took with all our life’s belongings, we are so grateful.
