Brilliant service, Ben & Tom were so professional & friendly, & really calmed my stress levels! So patient & helpful with furniture placement etc, I never once felt rushed. They have a great knowledge on how antique/potentially fragile items should be moved & stored, 100% recommend Direct Transport.

Ben and Tom were brilliant moving us last week. They were prompt, efficient, careful, very kind and helpful. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. The admin side of things was great too, with Pippa arranging everything. They took all the stress out of the day and we felt completely confident in their expertise. Can’t thank you all enough.

They were completely professional, took great care with my belongings, and made sure everything was safely packed and transported. Ben and his team go above and beyond, this is the fourth time we have used them and would not go anywhere else. From the first contact with the office, to Ben coming out to see us, they are nothing but friendly and professional. They pack your belongings with such care, I’ve never had any breakages, and on arrival put everything where you want it to be. We highly recommend.

We originally contacted Direct Transport Removals in July, and even though our move was delayed resulting in a rescheduled moving date Direct Transport Removals we both accommodating, and very helpful in ensuring that our concerns were dealt. They worked with is to provide more than enough boxes to enable us to pack our 4 bedroom house, and loaded their van a day prior to our scheduled completion date so that we could be on the road as early as possible. They arrived the day of the completion to complete the loading so that we could focus on getting our house ready for our buyers. When we arrived at our new home in Norfolk the following morning they were already waiting and ready to unload once we arrived with the keys. They unloaded their van carefully placed our furniture and boxed in appropriate rooms, even asking us for our input if they had any concerns. We hope that this is our last move. However, if we were to move again we would really hope they would consider coming up-country to move us again. We would certainly recommend their service to anyone who is looking to move as they are a friendly, efficient, courteous, and affordable removal company.

Since the first contact with the office till the loading and delivery of the furniture and the rest of my personal possessions, everything went extremely smoothly. Direct Transport was recommended to us by our vendors estate agent and we were so impressed. It was a long move from Cambridge to Penzance and throughout Ben and Tom were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they worked so hard to get us packed up in time. All the furniture was really well protected and packed with care. On arrival at our new home they made sure everything was in the right room and furniture put back together. Throughout Ben and Tom were so professional, pleasant, helpful and sensitive to our needs. We thank them and cannot recommend them highly enough.

All I can say is WOW! The service exceeded all expectations. From the moment my mum and dad met Ben, they knew they were in safe hands. Moving is stressful for anyone, but my parents hadn’t moved house in 48 years, making the whole process extremely challenging—except for the packing and removals. At the last minute, we needed to put their belongings in storage because they had completed the sale of their property but not the purchase. This was no problem for Ben and the team. We also weren’t sure of the exact completion date and only found out the day before, which still wasn’t definite. Despite this, Ben and the team were incredibly accommodating. Everything was packed and labelled so well—there was not a single breakage. I cannot recommend them enough. EXCELLENT SERVICE and LOVELY PEOPLE. Thank you!
